Meet Klaudia Sapieja, a Certified Mental Performance Consultant, often known as a ‘sport psychologist,’ with over a decade of experience helping teams and athletes unlock their potential. Specializing in dog agility, Klaudia empowers handlers to overcome performance anxiety, self-doubt, and mental blocks, transforming nerves into confidence. Six years ago, she began competing in dog agility herself and quickly noticed the stress and anxiety many handlers experience before runs. Her mission is to help them conquer these challenges, fostering deeper, more joyful connections with their dogs. Her workshop combines personal insights and professional expertise, offering tools to transform mindset, ease anxiety, and reconnect with the joy of competition.
